Do you back your work with any type of guarantee?
Pro Curb
guarantees the product for one (1) full year against manufacturer's
defects. If during this time period should excessive cracking,
flaking, chipping or separation of curb sections occur, we will
inspect the curbing to determine the cause. Pro Curb's obligation
to repair or replace the product shall not apply to any product
which has been subjected to misuse or accident, altered
or repaired in such manner as to affect its appearance, or
stability or used for any purpose other than that for which it
was designed. Minimum footage charges will apply for any repairs
due to damage, design changes, etc.
My curbing was just done two days ago. How come different sections
of the curb have variations in shade and color?
Curbing goes through many color variations during the curing process which will
take a minimum of 4 weeks from the time it is installed. The sealer that is
applied after the installation protects the curbing sealing out undesirable elements
that could have an adverse effect on the final product and also slows the curing process.
At what stage of my landscaping do I have the curbing installed?
We suggest installing your irrigation system first. If you need to have
additional soil brought in, now would be a good time to do it, stamp it down and
get it to the grade you want. We recommend installing your curbing 2-3 days prior
to laying your sod so the curbing doesn't get damaged. We strongly advise no water or
activity around the curbing during that time.
Do you design the layout?
The primary design is the customer's
responsibility, our foreman
can make some suggestions
if needed. When planning
your curbing layout keep
in mind where your sprinkler
heads are. Try to design
the layout so the curb will
be behind the sprinkler
heads by a minimum of 2
inches. A garden hose laid
out on the ground can be
a useful visual aid. Try
to keep your design simple.

intricate designs may institute
additional charges.
How do I know how much I need?
The easiest way to figure it out
is to take big steps. Try
to keep each step about
3 feet apart, the way a
referee does on a football
field. Count the big steps
and multiply that number
by 3. This will get you
very close to your actual
footage. When we do our
scheduling we allow so many
feet per hour. Our crews
can install 60-80 feet in
an hour, this is why it's
important that you give
us a pretty close estimate
of your actual footage.
