• Prepping: The ground preparation is completed utilizing shovels and a sod cutter, if needed, and is included as part of our service at no additional cost to you.
  
  
• Mixing: The concrete is mixed on-site with a self contained truck with a mounted mixer. The concrete is mixed with a type-5 foundation grade cement and is resistant to alcalyde that can be found in the soil and hard water in Las Vegas. We use white sand instead of brown sand which gives the curbing a light gray close to white color once it is fully cured which takes an average of 6-8 weeks.*
  
  
• We spray a sealer and cure hardener product once curbing is installed to help extend the curing time and protect the curb from water damage.
  
  
• Curbing machine extrusion: The curbing machine is wheeled to the site and concrete is fed into the electrically driven machine and is automatically extruded into a beautiful, continuous concrete landscape curbing. There are different mold forms attached to the machine which produce the style of edging that the customer desires. The machine easily handles either straight lines or gentle curves as displayed herein. Once the concrete is extruded we trowel the concrete to a smooth finish and an expansion joint is made every 2-3 feet to help prevent cracking from ground settling.
  
  
• Clean-up: Since there is no form work, no cement trucks and no landscape damage, clean-up is minimal.
